Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê (/ˈkɪθa/ /ˈjèg̃o/ [casual] [flaw; defect]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nëpimtrêsë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê was founded by Thurmir Shesmê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê was founded durring the early 11th century, by Thurmir Shesmê. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Thurmir Shesmê.

Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of restrictive baked earthen streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. Cultural Notes

Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century was ravaged by a deadly sickness. was the epicenter of the disaster, but Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê suffered the most. Nevlêl-yèg̈o Fêqê lost 125 people, 299 livestock, and 47 buildings in the disaster.. The disaster is spoken of in hushed whispers as the Wrath of Dread.
